Preston 2

Mixing old with contemporary was the desigjn brief for this Preston landscape. The clients wanted some older materials used to suit their older weatherboard residence, with a slight modern twist to it.

3.jpgThe area was stripped back, and concreted footings and bases poured ready for a solid foundation for new works. A small meandering brick wall was installed to retain the garden bed, with teakwood sandstone laid over the paving area.
4.jpgRecycled red bricks were used in the wall construction, as well as the border of the paving area
5.jpgThe same bricks were used to build a raised garden bed area, and turf used to cover the yard that were not paved.
