Mernda

The design brief for this new Mernda house was to add some outdoor space suitable for outdoor use. The yard was quite small, and there were easements and services present in the yard, therefore space was critical and made the best use of.
A small pergola and decking area was installed to suit a couple, with an easy to manage garden that complimented the structure
