This property had undergone a rebuild but
the garden was yet to be done. The owners instructed to have an
area at the rear of the house where they could get access to
different areas of the house, for a small outdoor decking
entertaining area, and a larger paved entertaining area. Before

The area was excavated and shaped by
machine. A roadbase was installed for paving and treated pine
sleeper walls constructed for the change in level around the
house
The decking was constructed adjoining
the house
2nd hand red bricks were paved around
the clothesline area, steps were also installed in the retaining
wall, for access. Step stones were laid around the side and back of
the house
Lilydale Limestone crushed rock was
spread and compacted between all the pavers for an aesthetically
pleasing and firm access path. Brick steps were put in from the
door to the side of the house
Brick edging was laid around all
garden bed perimeters, before topsoil was added. Some screen trees
were planted (Magnolia "Little Gem") and mulched. Topsoil was spread ready for
lawn to be sown.
Lawn was grown from seed and sandstone
paving was laid on the outdoor patio area.
