Having spent some time in
Japan this young family wanted to introduce some Japanese flavour
into their backyard. Design options were discussed to bring an
outcome that would be a highlight of the garden, yet suit their
budget and lifestyle.
Carefully selected
old-style granite rocks were installed in the garden to suit the
theme. They were used as steps towards the outdoor room, as well as
symbol rocks within the garden. Plants that suit the Japanese theme
were used to compliment the rocks and surroundings
