This new house in South Morang wanted a
contemporary approach to their yard to match their newly
constructed home. The design brief was to come up with a modern
look with a touch of natural materials used to give a slight south
asian theme to the garden
Before- excavation of the area in
preparation for the new works
A new concrete base was poured for the
paving and wall, while the merbau timber screen framework was
installed
In the rear
yard, some access paving was laid to areas around the yard while
still having the same style
The sandstone paving was laid while
the planter box was installed and rendered in contrasting
colours
Sandstone capping also used on the
planter box
