Having undergone
renovations to the house, the whole project needed a garden design
to tie in the theme together. Being in the leafy area of Eltham a
native landscape design was implemented to compliment the
house.
A rough design sketch was done to
show the client an idea as to how the garden would be laid out and
each feature situated amongst the front yard
The landscape works commenced,
rebuilding a retaining wall, installing drainage, then shaping the
land to add in a dry river bed lined with river pebbles, and gravel
sways for a natural looking native garden. Mounded garden beds were
shaped with the excavated soil to provide a highlight and
definition to the native theme
The driveway was redone with asphalt paving
and bordered by 2nd hand red bricks
