Projects Need Council Approval?
There will be some parts of jobs that will
require engineer designed plans and council approval, along with
the associated fee's. These will apply to such items as retaining
walls (usually 1m or higher or near property boundaries), decking's
(over certain heights), pegola's, and installing new driveway
crossover's. Finer details is dependant on which council the
client's property resides in.
We can organise plans for associated jobs
before job commencement, so that contractor nor property owner are
subject to fines for not organising a permit.
