Professional Landscape Designs

An initial consultation is organised with the client for a site visit. Here the site is measured, photo's taken, building styles assessed and the various tastes of the client are discussed. Various design options are noted and brought forward, recommendations offered in materials, plants and constructions techniques in order to produce a landscape plan.

A conceptual plan can be produced from the intial consultation and presented to the client to assess it's suitability towards the taste and budget. Examples of construction methods and materials are put foreward as potentially being used in the project.

We offer a range of design packages to suit all applications, contact us or fill in the design enquiry form for more information and to register your interest. We do charge a small fee for initial consulation, but this fee is removed once the final plan has been submitted.

Working Drawings

After the concept drawing has been agreed upon and fully scaled working drawing can be compiled and submitted to the client. This will contain the full layout of the landscape design, plant detail and tables, and close up detail of construction elements. These plans can be used as the working drawings for the landscape construction.

3D Plans

We also offer 3D views based on the landscape plans to give clients an idea of the project "look" before commencement, either in the way of a overlaid plan on a digital photo or as a 3D image on a computer program. Some people need to view the finished product before start, and this can provide an ideal medium for it

Town Planning Designs

Council submission Landscape Designs can also be done, in accordance with council layout, planting lists, at appropriate sizes and dimensions. Landscape Designs are needed now for new developments such as dual occupancy and unit developments and we can provide this service to help your planning requirements move along smoothly and efficiently.
